When you contact us, you reach the same small team that builds HostedEmail.io and runs its mail servers. There's no outsourced helpdesk and no ticket queue in another time zone.
We've looked after business email for 7 years, so most questions about DNS, deliverability or moving from another provider are ones we've answered many times. We'd rather fix the problem than send you a help article, and we'll tell you plainly if HostedEmail.io isn't the right fit for your store.
Why we built it inside Shopify
Shopify merchants kept asking us the same thing: how do I get email on my store's domain without signing up to something else? Shopify forwards mail but doesn't host email accounts, and Google Workspace or Microsoft 365 means another account, another bill and DNS records to work out alone.
Putting email accounts inside Shopify admin removes those steps. You create addresses where you already manage your store, and the cost appears on the invoice you already pay.
